Meghan Eberle, Psy.D.

Dr. Eberle is a licensed clinical psychologist for The Center for Traumatic Stress in Children and Adolescents. Her previous experience with trauma-related treatment began on the PTSD and the Substance-Dependence units of Cincinnati Veteran's Administration Hospital. She also provided treatment for children, adolescents, and families at a trauma clinic in Louisville, Kentucky. In her role at the center, Dr. Eberle provides treatment to children who have experienced many types of trauma including sexual abuse, medical illness and exposure to violence. In addition, she will also provide training and supervision to psychology interns and fellows and psychiatry fellows.
Faith O'Shea, B.S.
Faith has an extensive background in child welfare. She has worked with adolescents in residential treatment and most recently supervised an area foster care program. She is the Intake Coordinator for the Center, screening initial referrals and establishing priority based on clinical need when scheduling. She is also responsible for strenghtening and/or developing relations with referral sources, both internally and externally. In this role, Faith will also assist in expanding the community outreach aspects of the program.

Lori Malazich, L.S.W.
Lori is a licensed clinical social worker with the Center for Traumatic Stress. She has extensive experience in the field of child welfare. Lori has worked in the foster care system and has supervised an independent living program and the investigational unit of a child protection agency in a western Pennsylvania county. She has been providing trauma-focused therapy at the center for 8 years.
Krista Elston, L.C.S.W.
Krista is a licensed clinical social worker and psychiatric clinician for the Center for Traumatic Stress. She is versed in conducting extensive initial evaluations and providing trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy to children and adolescents who have experienced a traumatic event. She is also involved in community outreach activities. With seven years experience, Krista also has a strong background in structural family therapy.

Ann Marie Kotlik
Ms. Kotlik is the Center's executive assistant. She has been employed in this capacity for over 20 years.
